We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your Flush-Safe within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• All components must be included and undamaged

To start a return, please contact us at info@flushsaf.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: This policy applies to direct purchases from our website only. Warranty-related issues are handled separately under our Warranty Policy.

Flush Safe, LLC warrants that your Flush-Safe product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This limited warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly

• Product failures resulting from normal use under recommended operating conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident

• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair

• Improper installation or failure to follow the included instructions

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

• Water damage resulting from improper use or installation

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Flush Safe, LLC will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or

• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or

• Refund the original purchase price of the product

Flush Safe, LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the claim. Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Limitations

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Flush Safe, LLC. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period stated above, and liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
