Flush Safe, LLC warrants that your Flush-Safe product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty covers: Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly Product failures resulting from normal use under recommended operating conditions This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair Improper installation or failure to follow the included instructions Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage Water damage resulting from improper use or installation If a defect arises during the warranty period, Flush Safe, LLC will, at its discretion: Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or Refund the original purchase price of the product How to Obtain Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase and contact us at: service@flushsaf.com. Flush Safe, LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the claim. Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Limitations This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Flush Safe, LLC. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period stated above, and liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
